RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
--- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY ---
- COD Charges: NO extra charges will be apply on COD orders.
- Prepaid Advantage: To get hassel free delivery, we recommend you to order products using Online Payment (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) .
- Order Confirmation: COD orders may require a telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.
--- MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO RULE ---
To protect against fraudulent claims, we strictly require a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package showing the shipping label) for any report of damage, missing items, or wrong products. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits. Without this video, we reserve the right to reject any claim.
--- ORIGINAL PACKAGING & TAGS ---
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all brand tags, hygiene seals, and labels intact. If the product is found to be used, washed, or if the tags are removed, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. As mentioned above, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to process these issues.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
--- SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ---
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance products, or gift cards. Items purchased during 'Buy 1 Get 1' or similar promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
