SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Desi Deals Hub. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Within India): 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping (Metro Cities): 2-4 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or remote locations.

3. PAYMENT MODES & COD CHARGES

We offer both Online Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): You can buy our products on COD with ZERO extra charges.
Prepaid Orders (Recommended): Pay via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking to enjoy ZERO extra charges.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Return Policy. A mandatory unboxing video (continuous and unedited) is required to process any claims for damages during transit. No claims will be entertained without a valid video.

6. NON-DELIVERY & WRONG ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts:

For COD orders, the customer may be blacklisted from future COD services.
For Prepaid orders, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
