This website is operated by Desi Deals Hub. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 3 - MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO FOR CLAIMS

To protect against fraudulent claims, customers MUST record a continuous, unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed package showing the shipping label). If the product is found damaged or incorrect, this video is mandatory. Without it, no return or refund request will be entertained.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India with the following conditions:

Convenience Fee: There are NO extra charges if you order on COD.
Prepaid Orders: There are NO extra charges if you pay online via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking.
Verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders via Phone or WhatsApp. Non-verified orders will be cancelled.

SECTION 5 - RETURN PICKUP PROCESS (COURIER SERVICE)

Since we offer free return shipping, once your return request is approved:

We will schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
An agent will visit your address to collect the item.
The item must be handed over in its original packaging with all tags intact.
If the pickup fails due to the customer's unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the return request.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations perfectly due to screen variations.

SECTION 7 - FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or using special discount codes are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange unless a damaged product is proven via an unboxing video.
